jijigg Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jijigg," "we," "us," "our" refers to jijigg, the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform operating at jijigg.net and all associated mobile and web applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jijigg platform or accesses any jijigg service.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the jijigg platform, which holds the player's personal information, transaction history, and real-money balance.
• "Platform" means the jijigg website at jijigg.net, its subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated software applications.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) deposited into a jijigg account for the purpose of placing wagers on eligible games and events.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering incentives credited to a player's account by jijigg as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations, involving the submission and validation of a government-issued Philippine identification document.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees jijigg's gaming operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction from which accessing real-money online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

By creating a jijigg account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through jijigg's services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jijigg Platform and, if applicable, close your account through the account settings page or by contacting jijigg support.

jijigg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on the jijigg Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You must be physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing jijigg's services is permitted under applicable local law at the time of each gaming session.
3. You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a jijigg employee, contractor, director, or officer.
6. You must not have previously had a jijigg account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered under your name. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered jijigg account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jijigg reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or bonuses therein.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijigg account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jijigg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.

Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify jijigg support immediately. jijigg will investigate all such reports in good faith; however, we are not liable for losses incurred prior to receipt of such notification where such losses result from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Account Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jijigg support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any qualifying real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jijigg reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

Accepted Payment Methods. jijigg currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts registered in the player's own name. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jijigg account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours upon receipt of cleared funds. jijigg does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your jijigg account dashboard and are subject to change. jijigg reserves the right to impose transaction limits on any account at its reasonable discretion, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests require: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) at least one qualifying deposit using the nominated withdrawal method; and (c) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jijigg account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified account withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

jijigg offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), the specific multiplier for which is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Live dealer baccarat, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• jijigg reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automation tools; or coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance.
• jijigg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through.

Game Availability. The selection of games available on the jijigg Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — is subject to change at jijigg's discretion. Game availability may vary based on your location and account verification status.

Game Outcomes. All jijigg casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing procedures conducted in licensed studios. jijigg does not manipulate or influence game outcomes beyond the stated house edge or Return to Player (RTP) rates published for each game title.

Betting Limits. Each game and sports market on jijigg carries minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Placing wagers that exceed maximum bet limits using workaround methods is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or game error that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, jijigg reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The decision of jijigg's technical team regarding malfunction resolution is final. jijigg is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

Sports Betting. Sports betting markets offered on jijigg — including PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, and other events — are subject to separate sports betting rules available in the sports section of the Platform. Void, postponed, or abandoned events are settled in accordance with those rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijigg Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a jijigg account registered in another person's name.
• Money Laundering: Using the jijigg Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. jijigg complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
• Use of Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers, navigate the Platform, or interact with game interfaces in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through known errors are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for a jijigg deposit without first contacting jijigg support. Accounts subject to unresolved chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Using the jijigg Platform for any commercial gambling operation, unauthorized affiliate activity, or resale of gaming credits without jijigg's express written consent.

jijigg is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviors that require intervention and support.

Player Tools. All jijigg accounts include access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play, prompting a break.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months, or apply for permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your net gaming activity for the current session.

jijigg strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under the legal gaming age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned to the original payment method, less any amounts wagered prior to detection.

All content on the jijigg Platform — including but not limited to the jijigg brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game graphics, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jijigg or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jijigg Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any jijigg content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any jijigg software or game code.
• Creating derivative works based on jijigg's branded content or game assets.
• Commercial use of any jijigg intellectual property without a separate licensing agreement.

Any unauthorized use of jijigg's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijigg's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jijigg account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijigg shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays beyond jijigg's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account where such access results from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any disruption to Platform availability caused by maintenance, force majeure events, regulatory action, or circumstances beyond jijigg's reasonable control.

jijigg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how jijigg handles your personal information — including the categories of data collected, legal bases for processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account on jijigg, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. You may withdraw consent or exercise your data subject rights at any time by contacting jijigg's designated Data Protection Officer through the support contact details provided on this page.

jijigg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jijigg will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-Platform notification.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with updated PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at jijigg.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date noted at the top of the document. Your continued use of the jijigg Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the jijigg Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and implementing rules.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact jijigg support directly to seek an informal resolution. jijigg commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to making reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes at this stage.

PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR, which maintains oversight jurisdiction over jijigg's gaming operations. Information on how to file a complaint with PAGCOR is available through PAGCOR's official channels.

Jurisdiction. For any disputes not resolved through the above channels, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
